MESSAGE BY CONVENTION ORGANISING COMMITTEE
It is my honour and pleasure to pen this message & to launch this official website of the 47th Multiple District 308 Lions Convention. On behalf of all the hosting clubs in Johor Bahru and on behalf of the Convention Organising Committee, I take this opportunity to thank the MD308 Council of Governors and all Lions in the Multiple District for giving us the opportunity to serve them.
We have begun our work in organising a high quality convention with the shared theme of 'Miracles Through Service' with that of our International President. We strive to give the convention delegates a memorable experience in Johor Bahru in April 2009.
The Zon Regency Hotel By The Sea has been chosen as the Convention Hotel. We have also listed the names of a few good value-for-money hotels in this website for the delegates' convenience in their arrangements of travel plans to the convention. Convention delegates and their family members will have a great opportunity to explore our 'State of Plenty' and to discover its unspoiled tourist attractions and the exotic local delicacies.
